DELIVERIES
Orders will usually be shipped within 48 hours but please allow 7 days for delivery in case any item is not in stock at the time of ordering but we will inform you at the time of ordering or via email confirmation.
If purchasing from outside the USA, you may be subject to import taxes.

SHIPPING
The cost of shipping will be displayed automatically when ordering on-line. Shipping is available worldwide at cost (not including local taxes). We will ship stock items same day if orders are received before 3:00 pm (PST). All items will be shipped within 7 days of order unless otherwise informed at time of ordering, however the average shipping time is 48 hours. All overseas deliveries are charged at cost and will be subject to changing air freight charges. For international customers, prices are subject to exchange rate fluctuation and are for guidence only, you will be charged in US dollars ($).

PAYMENT
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express). We only process payment when an order is ready to be shipped. If you are in the USA state sales tax maybe charged. All charges will be in US dollars ($).

SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
If you are unhappy with any product you receive simply complete the returns form you will receive with your parcel for a full refund of the

purchase price. Products must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt and be in their original packaging. Since we cannot be held responsible for any goods lost in transit we would strongly recommend that you send goods back to us by certified mail or carrier only.

DAMAGES
Damaged goods should be returned to us for replacement. We must receive these before replacements can be sent out.

We accept checks drawn on a USA bank account (made payable to 'M&R Entertainment Merchandising Inc') and postal orders. Your name and address should be printed clearly on the front of checks/postal orders.
